Industrial CT data visualization technology in the pretreatment of industrial CT three-dimensional visualization technology in the key technology, its quality directly affects the level of industrial CT three-dimensional visualization and applications. As the structure of industrial products, shape, materials and complicated composition structure and materials properties without prior information and so on, resulting slice image noise, artifacts serious, and the same material in different CT slices of different sections in the performance of serious gray Ladder Effect, visualization.In this paper, three-dimensional visualization of industrial pretreatment CT data, from slice images, and slice the image sequence two aspects, first of all for a single slice image denoising and segmentation problems, according not only to eliminate the image noise without making the purpose of edge blur the use of partial differential equations on the edge filtering algorithm to retain the good characteristics of the slice image enhancement processing, filter out the noise well while in the preservation of the structure of edge information. Of the slice image sequence in threshold of bad adaptive regulation problem, a segmentation algorithm based on FCM clustering, effective solution to the slice in the sequence of extracting the regions of interest. Slice sequences for the structure and intensity of the discontinuity problem, this paper based on higher derivative matching layer recursive interpolation algorithm and the difference between the gray level thinking normalized.Finally, the use of open source database compiled VTK visualization software platform, preprocessing algorithm proposed in this paper made standard on the CT slice sequence workpiece processing and visualization, to achieve better results. The correlation algorithm is proposed for the industrial pretreatment CT three-dimensional visualization technology to provide reliable technical support.
