Research On The Key Factors Affecting The Development Of Archives In China

AS the development and application of technology,the concept of modernization development named by wisdom,such as smart city,smart transportation,smart government,is sprouting up all across the internet which has brought changes to the archives.For archives,it took safekeeping as the orientation before.But now,the orientation is becoming more intelligent to adapt to the development of the times and the long-term programme of the country.Although experts of archives have studied intelligence in our country,they have not formed a unified thought about intelligent archive.This paper focuses on the key factors affecting the development of smart archives.It builds a scientific and reasonable theoretical framework model by referring to the mature research methods of influencing factors.Then,based on the assumption the model designs to collect data through statistical analysis.In order to find the key factor which affecting the development of archives intelligence,this paper choose several research methods.one is literature research method,the other is quantitative analysis and statistic analysis.Adapting to China's organizational structure in archives industry,the data this research choose is from 32 representative provincial and municipal archives.Eventually,the research reveals the fact that technology is the key factor affecting the construction of smart archives.
