Research On Profitability Of Listed Companies In Software Service Industry

With the development and improvement of China's market economy,the software service industry,which is closely related to the Internet,is becoming the leading industry of the national economy.At present,the software service industry has a broad development prospect.However,it also faces problems such as poor technological foundation,weak profit,rapid renewal,lack of core and less core,and imbalance of industrial structure.In addition to internal defects,we still have to face the surge of international trade protectionism,sluggish software export situation and other external problems.Whether China's software service industry can maintain the stability of profitability in the long-term development in the future is still a major challenge.To this,the descriptive statistical analysis of the software services industry profit related metrics,cash flow and its structure and r&d input intensity,the selection of 18 of the target company profit related original data index factor positively,and choose the case ZR company to validate related research results,hoping to find the software services industry,key elements affecting profit,and the present problems existing in the development process of feasible solution is put forward.The research shows that the profitability of listed companies in China's software service industry is good on the whole,the profit growth keeps a good growth trend.But industry capital structure is unreasonable,higher debt financial risk,industry profitability polarization serious between individuals,faouring R&D strength but R&D productivity is not high,R&D cost capitalization rate is higher,marketing long payback periods,weak marketing profits,the profitability of the industry level and operational efficiency need to improve.Finally,some suggestions are given to improve the profitability of listed companies in the software service industry:broaden the financing channels;Improve innovation capacity and R&D productivity;Keeping the asset-liability ratio reasonably low and the shareholding concentration moderate;The corporate governance structure needs to be improved;Focusing on future growth,enterprises optimize transformation and upgrading.
