Research On The Influence Of Supply Chain Integration On The Performance Of Software And Information Technology Service Industry

Software and information technology service industry,as one of the strong supporting industries for the development of China's Gross Domestic Product,plays a fundamental,guiding and strategic role in the development and progress of society.China's software and information technology service industry continues to develop and its industry characteristics are significant.The management of upstream oligopoly suppliers and downstream decentralized customers has a certain impact on corporate performance.Therefore,this paper takes software and information technology service industry as the research object to explore the impact of supply chain integration on corporate performance.Based on the software and information technology service industry,this paper divides the supply chain integration into customer integration degree and supplier integration degree.The listed companies whose industry attributes are software and information technology service industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2016,2017 and 2018 are selected as research samples.From the four dimensions of solvency ability(current ratio,quick ratio),development ability(proportion of research and development expenses,proportion of undergraduate degree or above),operating ability(current asset turnover ratio,total asset turnover ratio)and profit ability(return on net assets,net interest rate on sales,return on total assets,return on invested capital),we select the above 10 indicators to establish an enterprise performance evaluation system.We use factor analysis method to calculate comprehensive performance scores of selected performance indicators.The comprehensive performance score is taken as the explanatory variable of the regression equation.The asset-liability ratio,corporate investment opportunities,corporate time to market,corporate size,shareholding ratio of top ten shareholders,organizational form and the proportion of independent directors are taken as the control variables of the regression equation.The linear regression analysis method is used to verify the impact of customer integration and supplier integration on corporate performance respectively.Through the research,we may draw the following conclusions:(1)Customer integration and corporate performance failed to pass the significance test in 2016,2017 and 2018.In general,downstream customer integration has no significant impact on corporate performance.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between supplier integration and enterprise performance at the 5% level in 2016,and at the 1% level in 2017 and 2018.On the whole,upstream supplier integration has a significant positive impact on corporate performance.For improving corporate performance,we should focus on strengthening upstream supplier integration,realizing resource sharing,collaborative work,and actively play the role of supply chain integration in enterprise management;Simultaneously,we also should pay attention to downstream customer integration,which is the feedback of terminal demand and cannot be ignored.
