Research On The Profitability Of Aowei Communication Company Under The Background Of 5G Era

In 2018,communications equipment manufacturers entered the 5G era,the year 2018 is a key transition node for communication equipment manufacturing enterprises.At this time,Chinese 4G network infrastructure construction is entering the final stage of construction,and5 G infrastructure construction has just begun,which is affected by the business distribution of the three major domestic operators,all the communication equipment manufacturers have transferred their main business to the research and development of 5G products.The coming of5 G era brings opportunity and challenge to communication equipment manufacturing industry.In this thesis,2018 as the node,before 2018 collectively known as the advent of the 5G era,after 2018 collectively known as the advent of the 5G era,the thesis attains the impact of 5G era on enterprises by comparing and analyzing the profit of enterprises around 2018.Enterprise profit analysis is an important part of financial analysis,the higher the index,the higher the shareholder compensation,the greater the value of the company,the more cash flow.Based on the concept of profitability,its influencing factors and analysis methods,the optimization of profitability and the related concepts of 5G era,this thesis expounds the related theories from different angles at home and abroad,at the same time,the influence factors and analysis methods of profitability are systematically analyzed.On the basis of this theory,combined with the actual situation of Ove Company,using Dupont analysis method and combining with Palip financial analysis method,this thesis makes a longitudinal comparative analysis on the profitability of Ove Company,and then uses SPSS factor analysis model to make a comparative analysis among the same trade,this thesis analyzes the impact of 5G era on the profitability of enterprises from qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis.Through the analysis of layers,we can find that over the four years from 2015 to 2018,the profitability of Ove showed a general trend of decline,2019 recovered slightly.The main reasons that affect the profitability of Ove Company are that the market environment in which the enterprise is located has fluctuated greatly in recent years,the loss of impairment of assets accounts for a large proportion,and the reduction of the capital expenditure of the operator has affected the profitability of the main business of the enterprise,weak R & D capability and so on.In order to improve the profitability of the enterprise,the enterprise should open other markets actively in order to avoid the drastic competition environment to bring about great impact on the enterprise,pay attention to the rate and speed of the collection of accounts receivable,and strengthen the sales ability of inventory.Through the analysis of the profitability level of Ove Company,the analysis of the reasons for the low profitability and the study of the promotion measures,to provide relevant reference for the company's managers.
