Research On The Application Of Harvard Analysis System In Profitability Management Of Huawei

High and new technology industry provides a solid guarantee for the optimization of China's economic structure by virtue of cutting-edge technological breakthroughs and the characteristics higher than the economic and social benefits of general industries.Preferential policies have been issued continuously,which give great support to the development of the industry,and the high-tech industry shows strong vitality.In this context,how to maximize the profits of high-tech enterprises has become a concern of enterprises.Huawei,as one of the top 500 enterprises in China's high-tech industry,is representative of the industry.This paper selects Huawei and uses Harvard framework to analyze its profitability management,find out problems and make suggestions.To provide ideas for enterprise profitability management,expand the application field of Harvard framework,and provide reference for the same industry.This paper is divided into six parts,of which the third and fourth parts are the focus of this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,research status and innovation.The second part is the related theory,which includes Harvard framework,SWOT analysis and DuPont analysis.The third part is the current situation of Huawei's profitability management,including the identification of influencing factors of Huawei's profitability,the description of profitability status and the explanation of profitability management issues.The fourth part is to use Harvard framework to analyze corporate profitability and SWOT method to analyze the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise;accounting analysis consists of three parts: accounting policy selection and accounting estimation identification,evaluation and information disclosure quality;financial analysis,starting from the analysis of the quality of the profit statement,makes DuPont analysis of the enterprise to evaluate corporate profitability;prospect analysis To predict the future profitability development of enterprises and industries.The fifth part is to improve Huawei's profitability.The sixth part is the conclusion of the whole paper.
