The cultural industry is China's sunrise industry and occupies an important position in the modernization drive.In recent years,the state has promoted cultural construction in an all-round way.Under the background of “great development and great prosperity” advocated by the state,cultural development has shown a great situation of blooming.Many cultural enterprises have emerged and developed rapidly under the support of national policy support and information technology.In 2017,there were 6 new listed companies in the publishing media industry,which became the largest number of published media companies in recent years.With the development of information technology,the acceleration of integration and the development of digital publishing,the traditional publishing media industry has been greatly affected.Enterprises must take certain measures to ensure their long-term development,which is inseparable from the analysis of corporate profitability.Profitability is the ability of enterprises to make profits.The profitability of enterprises directly affects the long-term development of enterprises.Analysis of them can reveal the shortcomings of enterprises in business management,which is beneficial to the management of enterprises based on the analysis of profitability.The problems in the process are sorted out and adjusted to improve the company's profitability and ensure the sustainable development of the company.This paper analyzes the profitability of publishing media companies with the Northern Publishing Media as the research object.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance,and the related literature review at home and abroad.The second chapter expounds the related concepts of profitability and the relationship between the profitability analysis method and DuPont analysis method.The third chapter mainly analyzes the profitability of the northern publishing media from four aspects: profit formation,quality,growth and structure,and finds controllable factors such as cost,cash flow management and business structure,tax policy and industry nature.The uncontrollable factors will affect the profitability of enterprises.The fourth chapter analyzes and compares the financial indicators of the three publishing companies in the Northern Publishing Media and the three companies in the industry in the past five years,and finds that the Northern Publishing Media has three profitability and other The gap between enterprises is large;the fifth chapter proposes the improvement strategy of the profitability of the northern publishing media according to the previous analysis,including strengthening the cost management of enterprises,improving the quality of book products,adjusting the strategy,promoting the reform of integration development,etc.to sum up?This paper analyzes the company's profitability by analyzing the real and effective data of the enterprise,and controls the development of the enterprise.At the same time,it finds out the factors affecting the profitability of the publishing media enterprise,and combines the profitability of the background of integration and digital development.The proposal to improve the strategy can be used as a reference for the entire publishing media.
