Research On Ar Remote Assistance Project Risk Management Of D Company

In recent years,the type of technology used in software development projects has also been influenced by the subtle influence of rapid changes with the rapid advance of science and technology.For example,new technologies such as Augmented Reality(AR)and Virtual Reality(VR)are being widely used in various industries,and software products developed using these new technologies are springing up.Compared with traditional software development projects,the risk of such projects is also different.Therefore,it is important to study the risk management of software development projects with these new technologies.This paper is based on the study of project risk management in the implementation of AR remote assistance project of company D.After reading a lot of literature and communicating with experts in the related industry,we understand the key points of this kind of project,the next step of risk management research is to identify the risk of the project,using the method of WBS-RBS matrix;to evaluate the identified risk items,using the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP);the third step is to formulate countermeasures for the risk items,and the countermeasure strategies are mitigation,avoidance,transfer and acceptance;the last step is to monitor the risk for these processes,and the whole process of risk management is tracked and recorded regularly through the risk tracking form.The results of the study indicate that the main risk points of such software development projects using new technologies are technical and human risks,and that the technology selection and the R&D capabilities of the project team members play a crucial role in such projects.Based on the results of the risk management study of this project,this paper proposes to the company to carry out the improvement of technology reserves,etc.,to improve the company's overall project development capabilities.
