Research On The County-level Integration Media Center Based On Regional Characteristics

Under the background of media integration,the county-level media convergence center continue to construct and develop,ushering in a new round of development climax.The "14th five years plan" requires the deeply integration of media,the implement of whole media communication project and the strengthen of new mainstream media,which made the development of convergence into a different stage.During the past two years,the construction of media convergence center has achieved many improvements,as well as witnessed a series of development problems,especially the demand of new improvement angles between the national top-level design at the macro level and the mining of regional characteristics at the micro level.Therefore,in order to better build county-level media convergence center and find a sustainable development path in the future development stage,a large number of empirical studies have be conducted from the perspective of users to classify the users' preferences and satisfaction,so as to continue to improve the service functions of various platforms of county-level media convergence,explore innovation products with local characteristics,as well as better guide and service the masses.From 2018 to the end of 2020,the construction of county-level media convergence center has been basically nationwide covered.According to the requirements of the state for county-level media convergence center,various regions actively builds a platform of media convergence center with functions of news,grass roots,government,public value-added service and so on.Facing the new development dilemma,the county-level media convergence centers of all levels should constantly innovate their development path and persue better services with their own regional characteristics on the basis of completing the top-level design requirements.This paper,putting Shandong county media convergence center as a typical case with the method of literature analysis,focus on the current situation and difficulties,and points out that we should build and develop the county-level media convergence center with regional characteristics and fully understand local users' demands,as well as putting forward countermeasures on giving full play to the regional characteristics.This paper is divided into five parts,and the beginning of the article is the introduction.It includes the background,research review,research methods,research focus and difficulties of the topic.Through reading the books,the significance and innovation of the topic are explored,which paves the way for the writing of the later article.The first chapter of this paper explains the background and significance of the development of county-level media convergence center.The first part is to explain many factors of the media convergence under the leading role of national policy,the promoting role of media technology change and the guaranteeing role of economic impaction;the second part is the research of the construction significance of county-level media convergence center,on our social governance,further promote media convergence integration and development,and exploration of new opportunities.The second chapter analyzes the connotation of regional characteristics based on the content of chapter one,and reveals the natural advantages and characteristics of the development of regional characteristics of county-level media convergence center.The third chapter is the data analysis of the questionnaire,including two parts.The first part is the basic information statistics and user behavior preference and satisfaction analysis;the second part is the empirical analysis conclusion based on the user perspective,including the low understanding of the media platform,low user stickiness,large user differences and lacking of regional characteristics of the platform construction.Chapter four analyzes the system mechanism,capital,talent allocation,development mechanism and content production problems of the county media convergence center from the perspective of regional characteristics according to the previous chapter and the author's research results.It points out that the current county-level media convergence center generally face the difficulties of the user cognitive deficiency,insufficient funds and regional differences,the content production with insufficient regional characteristics and other problems.The fifth chapter discusses the counter measures and thoughts to improve the current situation of county media convergence center according to the above analysis.In order to better explore the regional characteristics,the county-level media convergence center must pay attention to the needs of users,show local characteristics and close to the grass-roots masses.Through the solution to be proposed,we look forward to providing some enlightenment for the construction and development of county-level media convergence platform to promote better service with regional characteristics.
