The development of Internet technology in China has profoundly changed the current communication pattern.Traditional media is facing the impact and huge challenges from social network media.However,if traditional media is to achieve development,it is the only way to integrate with emerging media.As early as2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to build a county-level financial media center at the national propaganda and ideological work conference.Since then,the construction of county-level financial media centers across the country has become a major national strategic plan.The construction of the county-level financial media center has become a hot topic in academic and industry research.At present,research on county-level financial media centers generally focuses on how to build and how to build them.Most of them point out the funding,institutional mechanisms,content production,and talent team building problems encountered in the construction of the county-level financial media center from the general direction.Its research methods are relatively innovative,but in terms of research perspectives,most of the papers are relatively general,and there are also problems that the research is relatively broad and not detailed enough.After analyzing the relevant literature,the author found that whether it is the funds and infrastructure of the hard elements,or the talents of the content production of the soft elements,the source of news clues and so on.In the end,it must return to the attributes of the county-level financial media center itself for analysis.In fact,the most important issue is the production and dissemination of service content after the establishment of the county-level financial media center.Whether it is to guide the grassroots public opinion or to provide public services,the county-level financial media center ultimately provides news products to the audience.For the county-level financial media center,the production and dissemination of service content is a key part of achieving healthy development in the future.As the first province in my country to develop big data,Guizhou Province also achieved full coverage of the construction of county-level financial media centers in March 2019.It was accepted and put into use at the end of May.Therefore,this paper selects the county-level financial media centers in four counties and one district of Guizhou Province as the research sample,and selects the content production and dissemination after the establishment of the four counties and one district financial media centers as the research perspective and entry point of this thesis.The research was conducted by in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys.The establishment of a county-level financial media center in four counties and one district in Guizhou was conducted in accordance with national construction standards,Give full play to its effectiveness and whether it can really open up the "last mile" with the people,provide the audience with down-to-earth news products,etc.After conducting field visits and surveys,summarize the survey data.And use relevant theories to clarify a series of problems in the content production and dissemination of the county-level financial media center,hoping to put forward some practical opinions and strategies for the development of the county-level financial media center in Guizhou Province.In addition,based on survey data,this article focuses on three aspects: the source of the media center in four counties and one district,the serviceability of the product,and how to maintain the continuous attention of users.The chapters of this article mainly involve four counties and one district in Guizhou Province.Research on general introduction,rigid influence factors,content production influence factors,content production and dissemination,effect analysis,countermeasures and other aspects of the district financial media center.Each chapter uses relevant data for in-depth analysis,and on this basis,summarizes the unique features of Guizhou Provincial County-level Financial Media Center that are worth learning from other regions in China.And from the perspective of users and the media center,it analyzes the existing problems in a targeted manner,hoping to provide corresponding solutions and suggestions for the future development of the service content production and dissemination of the county-level media center in Guizhou Province.
