Research On The Construction Of County-Level Converged Media Center Under The Theoretical Perspective Of Power Change

With the concept of media integration from the national development level and policy to get clear support,county-level media center construction into the current stage of media integration work,and is gradually advancing,which requires the county-level media center through the top-level design and optimization of organizational structure to enhance its governance capacity,expand the influence of grass-roots news public opinion.The theory of power change is one of the most widely used theories in organizational theory,the core idea is to emphasize that design decision-making depends on environmental conditions,for an organization,the formation of its structure and its changes are the result of adapting to the surrounding environment,including three factors: strategy,environment,technology,it is the combination of these factors make an organization's structure experience from production to perfect the process of quantitative change.In this paper,A city county-level media center as the research object,the theory of power change as the research perspective,through literature analysis,case analysis,in-depth interviews and other research methods,the A Municipal Committee Propaganda Department of the head of the press section,20 counties and urban areas of the county-level media center to conduct an interview,and through research and data analysis a city county-level media center development process and construction status,a city county-level media center construction of the power to change factors,To explore the defects and reasons of power change in the construction of a county-level media center in A city and county-level from the theoretical perspective of right-change theory,and try to improve the mechanism construction of a county-level fusion media center in A city.It is found that in the process of the transformation of county-level media to county-level media center,the construction of organizational structure during this period is closely related to the combined effect of the three major factors of power change.However,in the process of power change,some defects are found,mainly manifested in the "power change incomplete","the right change is not in-depth","the right change is not effective".There is a relationship between phenomenon and essence between these three defects,that is,the reason for the defect is that the process of power change is not systematic.In view of these problems,three suggestions should be made to deal with the dilemma of "environmental adaptation","internal management" and "technical construction" to provide a better organizational structure design for the county-level media center to promote the construction of the county-level media center.
