Problems And Countermeasures In The Information Management Of HS Company's Technical Archives

With the development of the information age,the informatization management of enterprise technical archives plays an important role in the process of national archives informatization construction.By the use of advanced technical means,the enterprise can further promote the informatization management reform of technical archives,optimize the process of business management,improve the service level and management efficiency of archives,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the continuous progress of enterprises.HS company has done a lot of work in technical archive management and achieved some achievements.With the development of production,more and more information needs to be sorted,archived,kept,shared and so on.The informatization management of technical archives by using informatization means still needs to be improved constantly.It is more and more important to make full use of informatization technology to enhance the management level.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems existing in the informatization management of technical archives in HS company to improve the management level of HS company.This article selects the informatization management of technical archives in HS company as the research object.Through the field visit to the relevant management departments,the author accurately grasped the current situation of informatization management of technical archives.By adopting the research methods of literature research and questionnaire survey and using the theory of archival informatization management,the author systematically analyzed the problems existing in the informatization management of technical archives in HS company,and then put forward feasible countermeasures.Finally,the research conclusion is presented.The main content of this paper includes six parts:First: introduction.This chapter discusses the background and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,and research ideas.Second: the overview related to the informatization management of technical archives.This chapter introduces the relevant concepts,main contents and characteristics of informatization management of technical archives.Third: the present situation of the informatization management of technical archives in HS company.This chapter introduces the present situation of the informatization management of technical archives in the aspects of traditional carrier technical archives,electronic technical archives,the information system,informatization management standards,the network service and informatization management personnels.Fourth: the analysis of the problems existing in the informatization management of technical archives in HS company.This chapter analyzes the six main problems existing in the informatization management of technical archives in HS company,including the low degree of informatization,the imperfect standards,the insufficient input of informatization resources,the imperfect risk management system,the lack of talents and the lack of forward-looking planning.Fifth: the research on countermeasures of the informatization management of technical archives in HS company.Aiming at those problems above,this chapter put forward effective countermeasures from six aspects of accelerating the digital construction of technical archives,perfecting the systems related to the informatization management of technical archives,increasing the input of resources in the informatization management of technical archives,improving the risk management system,strengthening the building of talents in informatization management of technical archives,planning the informatization management of technical archives scientifically.Finally,the conclusion is given.This chapter summarizes the content of the whole paper,puts forward the innovation of this paper and looks forward to the research results.
