Research On Countermeasure Of Business Archives Informatization Construction

The construction of enterprise file information which is an important for the progress of file management and construction of information technology is the mainstream of the Information Age and a major change in enterprise file management mode.IT not only brings lots of opportunities but also challenges for file information technology.How to meet challenges and solving the problems of file information technology are important research topics for enterprise management department.This article discusses some problems in the construction of enterprise file information techno logy, the problems are as follows;the development of enterprise file information technology is imbalance; enterprises are lack of corresponding standard; enterprise file information security needs to be improved;the archives exploitation and utilization of share are far from the degree of social needs.For the above problems, the corresponding measures have been taken in Chapter V.
