Based on the research on the existing problems of personnel file management in SZZ company,this paper puts forward new management countermeasures and guarantee implementation measures to solve daily management problems and unexpected problems,so as to improve the management level of personnel files in Szz,and expects this research to provide reference for other similar enterprises.With the rapid development of science and technology and the maturation of personnel file management theory,most enterprises have realized the great significance of personnel file management for enterprise human resources management,and constructed the Archives management Information system in line with their own development characteristics.As a medium-sized state-owned enterprise with thousands of people,SZZ company has failed to keep pace with the development of the Times,and personnel file management still follows the traditional manual way,and its current management is even more porous.In order to solve a series of problems existing in the personnel file management of SZZ company,the author mainly obtains the knowledge and information of personnel file management,such as the development status,management means and methods,management process and so on,by consulting a large number of references and interviewing MBA students and friends from all walks of life.This paper tries to analyze the main and secondary problems existing in the personnel files of SZZ company through the knowledge and information obtained,and excavates the main causes and auxiliary factors of the problems.Through the analysis,it is found that the personnel file management of SZZ company is too simple,and its level still stays in the in of our country.The main problems existing in its archives management and the limitation of the leadership vision lead to the neglect of archival work,so that its management system is not detailed and complete;the limitations of the environment and knowledge structure have led to the constant use of traditional manual management of archives,heavy workload and long working hours;The orderly work coordination mode has resulted in the inefficiency of the special audit of archives,and the completion of the task is not guaranteed.The secondary problems and causes are that the archivist is unable to do so,and the lack of innovation makes it impossible to match his position,while communication results in a great deal of redundancy.According to the actual cases and studies of enterprises,combined with the characteristics of SZZ Company's own development,corresponding to the main secondary problems existing in its archives management,the author puts forward a new countermeasure based on powerful system,information management and linear planning assignment: To ensure the full-time of archives managers with a strong system,and to increase the system of archival content,work flow,authority;The establishment of management information system for overall management,the implementation of the system in the system,simple and fast operation,and the introduction of Personality color Post analysis function to improve the degree of archives utilization;Finally,through the Division of labor theory and linear planning assignment model to solve the special audit task arrangement of personnel files.In order to ensure the implementation of the countermeasures,the following measures are put forward: the establishment of supervision,reward and punishment system to promote the system landing,professional talent Team construction guarantee system smooth operation,leading group way to promote the implementation of linear planning assignment program,expand leadership vision and related knowledge structure to obtain leadership support.
