On The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Archives Management

Private archives is one part of the national archival resources, but because of their particularities and privacy, private archives and other archives management is different from the normal method. Private archives means in social activities, or through the formation of legitimate sources, activities, families or individuals in the private affairs of private organizations formed in the archives.Private archives are often fragmented, not systems, many are not included into the national archives, which is rare in private archives. Private records is often not documented historical materials. Private archives is an important supplement to the social memory. Private archives from micro-context, reflected a national, ethnic, and social development process. Private archives of many forms, and rich in content complex, so that we can learn from different sides of the history of mankind, let history be more images and funny.Due to a late start of private archives in China, coupled with private archives in the file system has not been object of the mainstream. Therefore, my research inevitably there were some problems in the field of private archives. This article is intended to present situation and existing problems of China’s private archives, combined with China’s actual conditions, make suggestions and countermeasures, hope to China’s theoretical research and practice in the private archives of little reference to the work.The main content of this article is divided into four sections:The first part, to perfect the management mechanism of private archives, the most important thing is to be on the intension and extension of private archives have a clear understanding, which is the private archives of the Foundation and prerequisite of the practice.
