The Children's museum is a public education service organization which focuses on"children" and allows children to fully utilize their imagination and creativity in hands-on experience and parent-child interaction,and then learn and master various knowledge and skills.The Chinese children's museum business started in the 1990s and is still in the early stages of construction.However,with the acceleration of the reform of the national cultural system during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and the rapid growth of people's spiritual and cultural needs,the Chinese children's museum business will usher in unprecedented development opportunities.Therefore,the research on the service design of children's museums based on user experience in this paper has certain theoretical value and practical significance for exploring the construction and development path of children's museum service models in the new era.Based on the current limited number of samples of domestic children's museums,the project team decided to select Shanghai Children's Museum as the research object of this article after comprehensive consideration of the relevant construction and development of domestic children's museums,and intervened in the theory of service design to advance the design based on user experience.research work.First,do a lot of desktop research on the Shanghai Children's Museum to form a certain understanding of its background;secondly,conduct a field visit to the children's museum,and cut into the service scene of the venue from four units:environment,service facilities,exhibition services and educational activities carry out exploration and analysis;in addition,use the qualitative research methods of in-depth user interviews and user behavior observations to dig out users'explicit and implicit demands in the service process,and combine relevant research results to investigate the quality of service exposure and build Shanghai Children's Museum service contact quality evaluation index system.Secondly,based on the previous and mid-term research data,combined with the service process of the Shanghai Children's Museum,summarize the current experience pain points and service needs of the children's museum service system,and combine the results of the preliminary service quality survey and the category attributes of different services to construct a service optimization convergence model.Formulate the corresponding optimization design strategy.Finally,based on the service optimization convergence model,use the service space situation diagram and the service ecosystem model diagram to visually output the overall service optimization design plan of the children's museum.The focus of the thesis is on the user service experience of children's museums,and uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore related experience pain points and potential optimization opportunities to optimize user experience and improve service contact quality,thereby enhancing the children's museum service system The overall quality of the children's museum is expected to eventually create an ideal and comfortable service environment for the receiver and provider of children's museum services.
