In recent years,with the accelerated development of digital technology and the growth of people’s spiritual needs,visiting museums has become an indispensable daily leisure activity to satisfy people’s spiritual needs and expand their knowledge.The content and design of modern museums have improved in terms of quantity and quality.In this context,the form,standardization and rationalization of museum mobile tours and how to better meet the needs of users have become the primary issues for the rapid development of museums.How the design and use of the museum mobile guide system can better fit the needs of users has become the primary purpose of the current development of the design of the museum mobile guide system.Based on the concept of user experience,the article analyzes the current situation of museum mobile guide application,takes Weifang World Kite Museum as an example,analyzes its problems,combines research with design practice,and elaborates the method of designing museum mobile guide system in four stages.Firstly,the relevant literature is sorted out,and the concept of museum guide system and the five elements and three levels of user experience are interpreted and analyzed on the basis of existing domestic and foreign research,and the development history and existing types of museum mobile guide system are analyzed.Secondly,based on the field research on the defects of existing museum guide methods,the demand situation of different types of users is analyzed and the factors affecting the satisfaction of museum guide system are summarized and summarized.The visitors who use the museum tour are divided into three types: general users,learning users,and professional users.Again,using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to determine user needs,we analyze and summarize the design solutions for improving user satisfaction based on the research results,and construct the design strategies for user experience of the mobile guide system of Weifang World Kite Museum.Finally,on the basis of user research,theory and practice are combined to design the guide system of Weifang World Kite Museum from five aspects: strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer and performance layer,to build a museum service model,and to provide a theoretical basis and case reference for the future development of museum mobile guide system and museum.
