Today, the non-material cultural heritage protection and heritage has become an important function of the museum. The function of non-heritage museum in addition to the traditional display, research, collections, the ways to attract the audience's interest to improve the museum's popularity and affinity with living chain of non-heritage museum, and finally become a kind of interlocking virtuous circle - to non-left turn from a static display of works of art heritage living state is a difficult problem. We face the context of experiencing activities, which result in a growing number of social and economic benefits, engaging museum experience activities is to promote the dissemination of museum education and non-genetic commitment to achieve an effective way, so the museum on the experience of facilities has become a focus of concern. In view of the museum exhibition design to ignore the existence of the phenomenon of children's psychological factors, the paper chooses the representative of the folk paper-cut museum as a research starting point, through a series of solutions, that is, the View of studying paper cutting through the sensory experience facilities. The research object of the design and research facilities are groups of children in the years of 3 to 12, and attempt to integrate social, museums, experience economy, the needs of children and level of cognitive psychology, behavior psychology and design of traditional Chinese philosophy, etc, to explain the vision, hearing, touch, smell, sense of the simulation experience of the five senses experience in child development facility ,which plays an important role of simulation and analysis of paper-cut museum facilities to the museum visitors'learning, and extended to social, school and family education to every corner in order to stimulate children's interest in traditional culture, induced children's learning motivation. Let children out of paper-cut craft bondage, to participate in hands-on experience of activities in the process used to understand things in their own way to express ideas, to mobilize a variety of senses to the perception of children's paper-cut, find the cultural sense of belonging and participation in hands-on simulation experience, facilities interesting process is to give the audience a vivid and memorable visit to experience pleasure, achievement, and enhance their interest and concern on the paper cutting, which is to make the museum truly a break through the wall of the museum, and as other types of non-heritage museum's exemplary role to achieve universal non-genetic inheritance will move the museum of folk art traditions into the modern spirit of the desire of blood in public places.
