The museum guide system is an important medium to provide exhibits information and space for tourists, which can introduce exhibits to visitors and provide personalized guide service. The museum guide system has experienced voice guide system, vertical multimedia guide machine and RFID guide system,which may be replaced by mobile applications in the mobile phone and tablet computer. At present, the domestic museums make wechat public platform as the official propaganda platform, ignoring museum guide service. So, combining with the actual situation of China Block Printing Museum and new yangzhou museum (referred to as yangzhou museum), this paper adopts user experience theory to design the wechat museum guide system and achieve key technology in the system.This research has six chapters.The first chapter is introduction which introduces study background,present situation,purpose, contents and methods. The second chapter is the definition of concepts and the base of theories which define museum, museum guide system, wechat and comb museum learning theory and the theory of user experience.The third chapter is investigation and analysis in present situation of the museum guide service. Using questionnaire investigation, this chapter analyzes the present situation of the museum, the usage of guide service by visitors and the attitude of using wechat museum guide services. At the same time, this research also deeply interviews visitors,volunteers,tour guide and manager of museum in order to obtain the real demand of museum guide system.The forth chapter is system design of yangzhou museum guide system based on wechat.Firstly,this chapter analyzes advantages and feasibility of wechat museum guide system. Secondly,based on the user experience theory, this chapter designs intelligent wechat museum guide system with characteristic of yangzhou museum by market analysis, requirement analysis, information architecture design, interaction framework design, interface frame design, navigation design,content design and visual design. The fifth chapter is the key technology of yangzhou museum guide system based on wechat.This chapter adopts B/S architecture to develop Yangzhou museum guide system based on wechat. The system calls the WeChat public platform interface to achieve authorization and online payments.With H5 indoor positioning and mapping services of BrightBeacon, Yangzhou wechat museum guide system realizes the indoor navigation. The final chapter carries on the summary and reconsidering to this topic research.It also provides the method to solve problems.Through this research,I want to provide the reference for some research of museum guide system based on wechat. |
