Research On Feng Zizhi's Theory Of National Archives Management

Feng Zizhi is one of the leaders in the construction and development of my country's archives industry,and has rich experience in archives work and archives management.Moreover,he was the first and long-term devoted to theoretical research on the archival system of New China.The national archives management theory he formed is advanced and leading.His theory is one of the important archives theories formed by the third generation of archives scholars in my country,facing the changes in the archives business environment after the reform and opening up.The research on Feng Zizhi's national archives management theory is the need of the academic inheritance of archives.At the same time,it is also the need to study archives under the new situation and promote the development of archives,so that the various tasks of the archives system can better serve the needs of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development".At present,there are few literatures on Feng Zizhi and his national archives management theory research.First,the author adopts the method of literature research,combined with his time background and the development history of the archives business,combs Feng Zizhi's life experience and academic achievements,and grasps the important factors that affect his theoretical development;Second,the author adopts the method of induction and deduction to summarize its core content into three parts: the theory of the development of national archives,the construction of the system of archives with Chinese characteristics,and the theory of the construction of the discipline of archives management.The main content is systematically summarized.And analysis;Third,the author analyzes the efforts made by the three generations of archival scholars in my country to the development of the archival cause through horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,and sorts out the inheritance and development of the archival cause of my country by the third generation archival scholars represented by Feng Zizhi.Highlight the characteristics,value and contribution of Feng Zizhi's national archives management theory.Combining the above research content,the author summarizes the outstanding characteristics of Feng Zizhi's national archives management theory as follows:political thinking as the guidance,macroscopic research as the perspective,and reform and development as the impetus.At the same time,it evaluates the value of its theory from two perspectives of theoretical research and work practice.At the practical level,it promotes the transformation of archivists' thinking and leads the development of various work in the archives industry;at the theoretical level,it enriches the content of archives management theory,provides new research perspectives on archives work,and promotes the construction of archives branch disciplines.In addition,the author believes that Feng Zizhi's national archives management theory enlightens us to closely follow the party and the state's guiding ideology in the planning and development of archives,grasp the contradictions in career development,promote the overall development of the career system,and improve the construction of the archives legal system.
