With the increasingly fierce market competition in the short video industry,my country's short video companies are facing more opportunities and challenges.If short video companies want to gain a competitive advantage in corporate competition,they must conduct competitive intelligence.Extensive research on the competitive intelligence of short video companies can not only fully increase the theoretical research framework of competitive intelligence in our country,but also help to lead the practice of competitive intelligence for short video companies.The thesis first briefly introduces the current development status of my country's short video industry as follows,which shows that the market competition in the short video industry is very fierce,which also fully demonstrates the necessity of competitive intelligence in short video enterprises.At the same time,this paper proposes to combine the theory of competitive intelligence with the development of short video companies,using literature investigation methods,network investigation methods,information science analysis methods and other research methods to combine three aspects of competitive intelligence content,namely,competition environment and competition.Opponents and competitive strategies.Combining Kuaishou as a case,the content and methods of competitive intelligence research on short video enterprises in my country are discussed in detail.It is hoped that this research will provide some reference for short video companies to implement competitive intelligence analysis.
