Under the background of the increasingly severe domestic economic situation in China,the “golden age” originally belonging to the liquor industry has ceased to exist.Due to the complex and ever-changing industrial environment,the Chinese government has formulated and issued a series of related policies,which have made strict regulations on liquor companies in the industry rectification period.The development of Anhui liquor industry has also been severely hit.Many liquor companies have begun to fall into silence.Small-scale production enterprises have been overwhelmed by the transformation and even withdrew from the liquor market.Market competition is the inevitable survival mode of modern enterprises,and the emergence of competitive intelligence has made great contributions to the development of industry and enterprises.It can promote the economic benefits of the industry and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,so it is widely used in all walks of life.However,Chinese scholars have relatively little research on the competitive intelligence of the liquor industry.The author tries to combine the analysis method of competitive intelligence with the development of Anhui liquor industry to think about the development strategy of Huizhou wine.The article selects the Anhui liquor industry as the research object,and conducts competitive intelligence research through the combination of its own intelligence analysis,environmental intelligence analysis of the industry,and intelligence analysis of competitors.In the previous period,the author found through a series of investigations that the Anhui liquor industry had shortcomings such as small industry scale,lack of high-end brands,numerous small enterprises,and weak core technologies,which led to the decline of Huizhou wine in the liquor market.Then,through the intelligence analysis of the macro-competitive environment and the micro-competitive environment,the development opportunities and threats of the Anhui liquor industry are clarified.Then,Sichuan wine,alcoholism and Su wine,which have great threats to Anhui liquor,were selected as competitors to conduct intelligence analysis of the opponents,which provided a certain reference for the development of Anhui liquor development strategy.Finally,it fits the characteristics of Anhui liquor and proposes strategic thinking for thedevelopment of Huizhou wine,from brand support,scale expansion,marketing expansion,technological innovation and Five aspects of talent training are proposed to provide theoretical support for the development of Anhui liquor industry.
