According to the Internet-related plan proposed in the 2015 Government Work Report,the market demand for software development project services has risen sharply in recent years.On the one hand,this undoubtedly brings the huge development opportunity to the software industry,at the same time also puts forward the new request for the software enterprise.The main performance is that a large number of enterprises began to get involved in software project development,industry competition tends to white-hot.In view of the particularity of software development industry,the competition within the industry is mainly the competition of software development talents.Internet software development talent is the core of the survival of software enterprises,directly affect the business situation of enterprises.However,the Internet industry has always been characterized by a high turnover rate of developers,which has become the most troublesome problem for Internet business operators.Therefore,the key problem for Internet companies to manage software R&D personnel is how to retain talents and improve the performance of software developers.Chongqing ZY Company,as a high-tech software products as the core,provides business solutions,technology development and other services for enterprise-level customers.Although it has made great achievements and customers’ recognition,it faces the problem of brain drain.Therefore,this paper takes Chongqing ZY Company as the research object to study the performance appraisal optimization problem of the point-based system.Firstly,the paper sorts out the existing performance appraisal system of Chongqing ZY Software Company.Through questionnaire survey,it finds that the company has problems such as single assessment dimension,unreasonable assessment method,unreasonable performance appraisal standards and insufficient application of appraisal results.Secondly,in combination with the actual situation of the company and the development reality of the software industry,on the basis of combing and analyzing the positions,the paper optimizes the design of the performance appraisal of the company’s points system from the two aspects of positions and project tasks.And in the ERP business department of the company to verify the application of the performance evaluation optimization scheme of the point system,the results found that the work enthusiasm and work efficiency of developers have been improved;Finally,put forward the guarantee measures of Chongqing ZY Software Company’s performance appraisal optimization plan.This paper not only provides data basis for optimizing and adjusting the performance appraisal of Chongqing ZY Software Company based on the point system,but also provides a reference scheme for the performance appraisal of developers in similar enterprises in software development industry.
