With the launch of "Internet+" action plan by government in 2015,software projects in all walks of life have sprung up.This provides a rare opportunity of development for software industry,but in the meanwhile also brings new challenges.The software industry faces severe situations about increasing competitive pressures and high risk of brain draining.Therefore,it has become an urgent issue of enterprise that,How to retain talent,how to improve performance of software developers and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on theory and practice of performance management researches domestic and overseas,this paper analyzes and resolves the deficiencies of performance management system for D company.It puts forward principles that,combining the quantitative and qualitative but emphasis on quantitative,and combining the process and result but emphasis on the process.For software staffs,implementing the management model of "Value creation oriented" work scoring system based on workload and work quality,and building performance quantitative management model,served for performance appraisal management monthly or quarterly or yearly.Through strengthening project process management,performance management can be improved with fairness and reasonable.Based on performance quantification model,it builds capability evaluation model and draws capability roadmap for indicating direction for employee.through It builds performance manager information systerm,It can realizesperformance quantitative management informationization,The performance evaluation process is open and transparent,it achieve the dynamic management of performance management,this achievecompany performance management level to "all the data online,all business support,business process monitoring".Finally Through application practice of ERP department,it proves that,the performance management system can effectively arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of staff,and improve the working efficiency of software developers,and organically integrate company's strategic goal with personal development and self-worth enhancement of staff to achieve the "win-win" result between both.
