Research On The Report Of Doctor-patient Relationship Of People's Daily Based On Content Analysis (1978-2018)

With the decline of doctors' patriarchal role and the rise of patients' self-awareness,the contradiction between doctors and patients in China has been escalating,and the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become an important factor in the stability of China's society.As an important medium for the public to understand the relationship between doctors and patients,the news media plays an important role in building the relationship between doctors and patients.How to construct a doctor-patient relationship in the media's news reports is worth exploring.This article takes the "People's Daily" doctor-patient relationship report as the research object,and uses the content analysis method to analyze the report of the People's Daily on the relationship between doctors and patients from 1978 to 2018.According to the different characteristics of these reports,combined with the background of the medical reform at that time,the statistical analysis of the sample of the report found that the "People's Daily" doctor-patient relationship report and the characteristics of the report,and the law of its report an analysis was made and a feasibility proposal was made.The study found that the doctor-patient relationship has gradually become an important topic of the People's Daily and is becoming more and more normal.The status and voice of the doctors and patients in the report are not equal.The doctor is more powerful,has more right to speak,and is more positive about the doctor's emotional tendency,and the patient is only a supporting role.On the basis of objective neutrality,positive publicity is still the mainstream of reporting,focusing on shaping the image of medical doctors with good medical ethics and the image of medical institutions that focus on management services,and the disputes between doctors and patients are weakly reported.There are limitations in the source of the report,focusing on self-expression,emphasizing rationality and comprehensiveness,but insufficient depth and lack of systemicity.In general,with the development of the times and the continuous advancement of China's medical reform,the People's Daily's reports on the relationship between doctors and patients are constantly adjusting,and efforts are made to build a harmonious media environment and public opinion atmosphere,but at the level of health communication.Lack of science and system.
