Reading is a window to cross the limit of life to understand the world.Reading is a way to continuously correct the three views of oneself and stay more sensible and clear.The importance of keeping reading and curiosity to understand the world is self-evident.Even for individuals,a nation and a country need to use books as a carrier to spread wisdom and carry culture.As a Chinese nation with a long history of 5,000 years,reading culture is an important way for the continuation of Chinese civilization.Therefore,the promotion of reading for all should be on the agenda.The quality of an individual is related to the quality of the nation,and it is also the invisible soft power of the country's development level.Reading good books and reading well are advocated,so that the reading atmosphere is integrated into all aspects of social life and integrated into the corners of the organization's operation.A weapon for sustainable development.Since2014,the National Reading Construction has been written into the "Government Work Report" for eight consecutive years."Promoting the construction of urban and rural public cultural service systems,innovatively implementing cultural projects to benefit the people,and advocating reading for all" has become a new goal of the nation's spiritual civilization construction.This shows that the country is determined to promote the construction of reading for all.Under the leadership of Scholars China,a large number of scholarly city brands have emerged.This article selects the Liaoning region as the research object,trying to explore the current status and existing problems of the nationwide reading construction in Liaoning,and offer suggestions and suggestions based on the survey results.In order to promote national reading throughout the province,Liaoning Province has built the "Learning Liaoning" brand for nine consecutive years from 2012 to 2021."Science Liaoning" has been widely recognized by other cities as a model of "Learning Society" and national reading activities.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly searches for relevant documents and learns the experience of national reading promotion in various regions at home and abroad;the second part analyzes the current status of national reading in Liaoning Province and the construction of "Learning Liaoning" through questionnaires and in-depth interviews there problems;the third part is mainly based on the existing problems and puts forward suggestions suitable for the promotion of reading for all people in Liaoning according to local conditions.This article uses literature research,questionnaire survey and interview research methods,starting from the research background of national reading and reading promotion,and using Laswell's "5W" theory from the promotion body,promotion platform,promotion object,promotion activity,and promotion effect.On the other hand,the construction of "Learning Liaoning" was investigated,and finally through the survey results,the promotion effect of "Learning Liaoning" was comprehensively and thoroughly analyzed,and the focus of the development of "Learning Liaoning" national reading construction was explored,with a view to reading for all people in Liaoning Province.Contribute to construction of "Learning Liaoning".
