| Nowadays,with the diversification of office scene and the increasingly closer integration of office processes and the Internet,people gradually increase the efficiency requirements for the online business processes flow,and office automation system has been rapid development,and the popularity of the industry and users increased year by year.But at the same time,for the traditional industry and government departments,some are still limited by complex docking processes,which cannot effectively complete the processing of business processes and there are two problems to be solved:First,the business handled by the comprehensive supervisory platform,most of them need to go through layer approval and through the staff of different departments,to deal with.The complex docking process leads to inefficient work processing.Second,the integrated regulatory platform lacks a system to deal with the items for unified management and classification,resulting in the current business process is relatively chaotic,and orderly overall management of business processes in different states of progress cannot be performed.In order to improve work efficiency,ensure effective business advancement,and break through existing bottlenecks,the supervision platform urgently needs to optimize and upgrade the existing work model.Based on the actual needs of the platform,this article puts forward a plan to build a business process management system to make the daily office links of the platform online,to improve the processing efficiency of business processes,and to help the supervisory platform improve work efficiency and quality of business completion.According to the guiding ideology provided by software engineering,the overall construction of the system is carried out.First,this paper conducts detailed research and requirements analysis based on the current problems of the supervision platform.Second,according to the results of the detailed analysis,the system is carried out the main design content is the overall architecture,functional module,database,and related design to ensure the security of the business process management system.Third,based on the outline design,the detailed function modules were modeled and analyzed,detailed design of each module was completed,and specific coding was achieved.Fourth,after completing all designs,the entire system was tested to ensure the correctness and reliability of the system;Fifth,After completing all design and test work,analyze the current deficiencies of the system,so as to have a better optimization plan in the future.In the end,this article completed all the design work of the system and provided a business process management system for the supervisory platform.It not only provides a business visualization platform for the supervisory platform,but also improves the business processing efficiency of the platform and helps the supervisory platform to clearly divide all business processes.This project is finally applied in the comprehensive supervisory platform system of a free trade zone to help staff at all levels in all departments to complete their work. |
