The Design And Implementation Rocess Tracking Module Of Bank Business Process Management Platform

As China gradually accelerates the pace of information technology, business process management is being used in more and more industries. Among many sophisticated business process management products, Process tracking has undoubtedly became the fundamental of integral part. When we consider business system integration with business flow management system or business system executing with business process management, most of the scenarios will leverage tracking function to review, observe the process flow, and control the overall progress.In this thesis, I will investigate the adoption of Process Tracking system in some industries in worldwide, briefly descript the background and purpose of Process Tracking. The key technologies of Process Tracking modules are elaborated, including Primetion Enterprise-on-Service platform, jsPlumb plugins and banking business process management platform. In this thesis, an in-depth process module demand analysis has been performed which together with partition demand granularity with the smallest function, then come out final functional requirements, according to all of these, the infrastructure and workflow have been designed. Based on infrastructure and workflow, detailed design and implement of Process Tracking module including three layers, adaptation layer, mainly used to obtain process design templates, call the query interface of service center to get the historical process data, and analytic it to customized process model on business process management platform. Logic layer is the intermediate layer of data abstraction, the main function is to assemble filed model based on process templates data and process states data, then passed the model to view layer. Accepting process model coming from Logic Layer, View layer transform it to View Layer process flow model, then assembled them into a flow chart feed backing to the user.This thesis is designed and implemented,"Process Tracking Module for Bank Business Process Management Platform." It meets the needs of banking business process management platform which the process flow is transparent. User could control their business processes effectively and intuitively, it is also a good fundamental of future data mining requirement, while extending service capabilities, improving utilization of IT assert.
