Research On Resource And Cost Management Of It Project Based On A Information System Project

After more than ten years of rapid development,China's IT industry has grown into the largest industry in the national economy.The rapid rise of a number of large Internet companies and high-tech enterprises has set off a wave of information technology.Not only that,all walks of life have begun to carry out information reform to seek more efficient development for the industry,especially the banking industry.However,the rapid development is often accompanied by risks.As the IT industry gradually gets rid of the old extensive expansion development mode and enters a new period of stable and healthy development of the industry,the project management technology which started late and developed slowly is becoming one of the factors restricting the transformation.At present,the application of project management in IT industry is not mature.Some studies have shown that the proportion of IT projects that fully achieve the project objectives is very small,and about 90%of IT projects have problems of delay or cost overrun.This paper first describes the current situation of theoretical research on project management and IT project management at home and abroad;secondly,it discusses the related concepts and theories of IT project resources and cost management;then,taking a financial technology company as an example to provide information system construction services for a bank,it relies on the company's project management system and projects during the whole process of project start-up and completion The manager's exploration practice has carried on the comprehensive management to the project resources and the cost,at the same time has introduced the project management tool and the method in the case to carry on the practice exploration,has obtained some management achievements.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of case project implementation and puts forward the optimization suggestions of IT project resource and cost management.Through the theoretical research and the practice in the case project,the following conclusions are drawn:to a certain extent,the collaborative management of IT project resources and costs is conducive to saving project resources and time,promoting the smooth development of the project.At the same time,with the help of traditional project management methods and tools,the efficiency of IT project management can be effectively improved.The above research has practical significance for the company's follow-up projects and reference for similar projects.
