| The software development plays a very significant role in project management informatization and improvement of enterprise efficiency.With the continuous development of information technology,almost Chinese major construction enterprises,as well as some small construction enterprises begin to use project management soft wares for project management.However,several small and medium-sized construction companies do not adopt information technology to manage construction projects for various reasons.This paper aims to design a set of targeted soft wares based upon the study of cost management of enterprise construction projects.Firstly,the construction project cost management is analyzed.With the adoption of UML technology,the needs of construction project cost management system are analyzed.The feasibility analysis of cost management system based on J2EE technology is also conducted from both technical and economic aspects.Secondly,B/S three-tier structure is adopted in the engineering construction projects,according to the results of the needs analysis.Struts2 technology and Spring technology is respectively used for the presentation layer design and business logic layer design.And Hibernate technology is for data persistence layer design and specific data table design based on specific business functions,to realize the information management of specific business management function of cost management system in project construction.Besides,data backup and recovery technology is designed for meeting data security needs of the cost management system.The cost management system tests shows that the cost management system of construction projects designed here is able to meet the users' business needs.Its functions involved such as project management,material management,machine rental management,labor cost management,subcontract management,reporting and statistical,will be able to effectively improve the efficiency and reduce the costs of project management. |
