The Research On Project Cost Management Of Jiangxi Telecommunication TD-LTE Hybrid Networking Project

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the level of informatization in our country is improved and its development space is broadened gradually. Under the background of 3G developed, the intelligent terminal is popularized vigorously and mobile networks is being broadband, and the Mobile Internet has great vitality. However, the rapid growth of mobile data business requirements in unit area also make it difficult to meet the needs of users in the aspect of the frequency and capacity of the network resources, so it is primary work for operators to improve the capacity of the mobile network support ability. LTE hybrid networking can solve the network congestion effectively by switch the TD-LTE and LTE FDD, and it can also ensure high-speed Internet service in the case of scarce spectrum and make enterprises use spectrum effectively, thus, to promote the implementation of td-scdma LTE hybrid network engineering is an important way for communication enterprises to grasp the good opportunity of development.In this paper, the relevant project cost management theory and method have been used in the implementation process of Jiangxi telecom TD-LTE hybrid networking test network engineering.And it manages the cost of total life cycle of project by analysing the construction activity in whole project,including analysis and discussion about resource planning, investment budget, investment estimation, economic evaluation, etc,and the research results of this paper will provide certain theoretical and practical guidance for the smooth implementation of project. The researches on Jiangxi telecom TD-LTE hybrid networking test network engineering project are as follows:Firstly, we tried to understand and master the related methods of project cost management theory and process through reading a lot of literatures, and the reality of the telecom TD-LTE hybrid networking test network engineering project has been analyzed according to the related project data and information under current situation.Secondly, the activities during the implementation of project are decomposed according to the project management theory,and the project scope and target are defined at the same time, after that,the feasibility analysis of project is carried on.Thirdly, to manage the cost about the implementation process of TD-LTE hybrid networking test network engineering by using the relevant project cost management theory and method, including analysis and discussion about resource planning, investment budget, investment estimation, economic evaluation,etc,and the results of the analysis will be helpful to put forward to relevant suggestions on the management of engineering cost and improving measures.
