At present,the aging problem of the domestic population is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the aging design has gradually attracted great attention from the design industry and the whole society.In the era of Internet development and iteration to the 5G era,the application scope of mobile software has gradually expanded.Under the trend of aging society,the elderly have also become one of the user groups of mobile application services under the influence of smart phones and mobile applications.At present,in the mobile phone application market,there are few applications related to elderly users,and most applications are designed for young people.The elderly have their own unique physical,psychological and cognitive characteristics.Therefore,the applications of elderly users should be different from those of young people.The ultimate goal of the theory of natural interaction between man and machine is to hope that people can interact with the machine more naturally when using the machine and reduce the learning cost.Therefore,this article focuses on the analysis of the core needs of older users for smart phone applications,and conducts systematic research on how to design applications for elderly users to better use smart phones,with a view to improving the quality of life of the elderly.In view of the above situation,firstly,we analyze the serious aging of society in our country and lead to the emergence of a large number of elderly users of smart phones,comb the relevant domestic and foreign literature and research results,analyze the reasons for the relative development of smart phone applications,and determine the purpose and significance of this article And innovation.Second,investigate and analyze the problems encountered by elderly users when using smart phone applications.Third,analyze the physical characteristics of older users and their needs for smart phone applications.Finally,combined with the above-mentioned investigation and analysis,the method of studying the application design of smart phones for elderly users is drawn,and conclusions are drawn.The innovation is to introduce the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly into the UI design of smart phones,to study and summarize natural interaction methods suitable for the elderly,and to provide reference for the UI design of smart applications of elderly users.
