With the maturity of Mobile Internet technology and bringing down the development costs of Smart Phones, the quantities of the Smart Phones increase sharply. It’s smart application、business service、game entertainment meet the individual requirements of the user. This breakthrough never had before. Smart Phones as a new media tools came into the vision of micro learning researchers. Smart Phones are featured by mobility, intelligence, computing ability, portability, multimedia display. These characteristics promote the creation of superior learning environment in ordering to using sections of time for micro learning anytime, anywhere.Micro learning is not only one embodiment, which is a simple reform of learning style and a meeting of individual learning, caused by the technology, but also are more deeper meaning:Learners break through the traditional passive study habits, using micro medias and "Connection and recycling ability" of human to active link micro content, in order to form learner in the information society informal learning ability.On the base of theory and connotation study of micro learning, combining with Smart Phones’characteristics, we, first, illustrated critical issues of micro learning and proposed solutions. And according to technology acceptance model (TAM), we analysis the feasibility of micro learning based on Smart Phones. It is used to determine acceptance of micro learning based on Smart Phones. Second, ascertain design concept of micro learning based on Smart Phones. Third, according to above study, we analyzed the structure model of micro learning based on four factors from knowledge management, created learning process model of micro learning based on Smart Phones, and designed it’s learning environment、specified learning activities steps further. Finally, using the action research to testify the rationality of the design of micro learning based on Smart Phones.The research of micro learning should base on the real learning situation and create a feasible and good experience by learning environment. This article has such features: Abstracted form factors and the structure model of micro learning systematically; Formed the structure model of micro learning based on Smart Phones from the view of Personal knowledge management, and proposed SNS as management platform developing micro learning; Designed micro learning activities steps based on hierarchical structure of activity theory in order to activity design clear and easy.
