With the rapid development of mobile communications technology and embedded technology, today's mobile devices are no longer simply as a communication tool, and a variety of applications, in addition to mobile phone users a lot of features other than voice calls. Current smartphone multimedia applications mainly for picture browsing, audio and video, mobile games, photographs, video, GPS, online chat, etc. Although the rapid development of smart mobile multimedia terminals, but the multimedia content is still subject to copyright, a single audio and video codecs and wireless network bandwidth constraints and other issues. With the popularity of smart phones and terminals to enhance system functionality to study multimedia smart phone system design and implementation solutions to the big picture phone terminal system in the smart display problems, to support more multimedia formats, to achieve real-time video transmission and Playback of multimedia applications in the smart phone has important theoretical and practical significance.Papers on Windows CE 6.0 multimedia system related theory and technology research and analysis, and based on this, advances a multimedia applications in smartphone solutions.
