Research On The Proportional Relationship Between Visual Elements Of Smartphone Interface For Elderly Users Based On User Experience

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the aging rate increases,,electronic products for older users have received more and more attention.As an important communication tool,smart phones have become an essential product for the elderly.However,in recent years,in the process of using smart phones,elderly users often have problems such as misoperations,inconspicuous mobile phone texts,and lack of page information.Although the current smart phones for older users have introduced settings that can adjust the text size,this only meets the needs of older users' text visualization.The aesthetic needs and emotional experience of older users also require more in-depth exploration.Compared with young users,elderly users generally have physiological visual decline,reduced hearing sensitivity,stiffened hand joints,and decreased cognitive ability.The visual design of smart phone interface for older users is different from that of young users.The reasonable proportional relationship between text,pictures,colors and layout elements in the visual interface design affects the effective communication of the mobile phone interface,the aesthetic needs of the elderly users and the good emotional experience.Combined with the proportional theory,the paper analyzes the influence of the three factors of visual process,functional layout,and aesthetic requirements on the proportional relationship of visual elements,guides the elderly users to arrange the visual elements of the smartphone interface,and applies a reasonable proportional relationship to the design of the mobile phone visual interface.To improve the problem of using barriers for elderly users and enhance the experience of elderly users.Firstly,the theory of proportionality is elaborated and summarized.The two visual principles of proportion are analyzed: the aesthetic preference and order function of cognitive proportion,highlighting the research significance of proportion.The origin and application of the ratio are elaborated in detail,and the commonly used mathematical and physical ratios are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research.Then it puts forward the factors that affect the proportion of visual elements: visual flow,page functional layout,aesthetic requirements.Analyze these three,analyze their impact on the layout proportion of visual elements,and how to improve the user experience through the configuration of the proportional relationship of visual elements.Then combined with the order function and aesthetic preference of proportion,the text elements,color elements,picture elements and layout elements of the mobile phone interface of elderly users are analyzed in more detail,and the relationship between the elements and the elements is discussed.Finally,the visual interface design of the elderly user's mobile phone is combined with the proportional relationship between the visual elements of the elderly user's mobile phone interface,and the usability test is carried out through the perceptual evaluation.
