| Manufacturing execution system(MES)was the bridge connecting the enterprise management system and lower level of shop operating system,and also was one of the cores to realize information in modern manufacturing industry.With the using of fine mode of production more and more widely,the requirements in workshop management system gradually changed from the flow pattern of the original single to the direction of independent,flexible and modular ways.This paper used a graphical component development mode to establish hierarchical mapping model which was adapt to their own enterprises model.From the business model to component model,this paper adopts three layer mapping relation.First of all,Computer Independent Model(CIM)layer used hierarchical mapping model to make a map from business activities of enterprises within the context of the workshop to functional model of information systems,in another words,business processes from the top to the bottom of operational business areas became the process of system-data.Using entire workshop production process node information model as the bearing point information and torsion point,adjacency matrix was build,based on the degree of contact between the points;according to similarity Clustering,functional cluster between set of nodes and coupling(internally strong coupling and foreign loosely coupled),and then entire manufacturing execution systems business component of the total figure was build.Secondly,in the platform independent model(PIM)layer,by defining the components formalized expression,define the name of component,input and output interface,the operation of the component sets,organizational unit,etc.Bring in the Discriminant standard of polychromatic sets,contrast the differences node and level between the new model and reference model.In order to realize the flexible modification of MES,we use business component and underlying components(removed,modified,connection)to rapid restructure the system.Finally,in view of the component implementation with the Platform specific model(PSM)layer.Using the idea of MVC classification,which operating a business component into 120 control component,view component,operation component and so on.Using the existing graphics development platform to generate visual artifacts.And then classify them into the tree structure component library.Research the MES through the graphical platform implementation artifacts of flexible refactoring.Practice shows that makes use of convenience and intuitive graphical component technology to a great extent improve the efficiency of the system construction and reconstruction. |
