Research On The Think Tank Service System Of University Library Under The Environment Of Open Innovation

Along with the rapid development of the open environment and big data technology,how to build a people-oriented,resource sharing of all-round think-tank in university library service system become the important subject in the development of university library in the future.Points in this paper through the analysis of "the international institute for strategic studies" of Beijing university and Stanford "hoover" two typical cases at home and abroad were reviewed and organization structure,related research,a think-tank product communication investigation,analyzed the two university libraries,a think-tank,the successful experiences and existing problems.Combined with the basic theory of the domestic and foreign libraries,a think-tank,construct open innovation of university library under the environment of "double four service system",a think-tank.Think tanks on the one hand is to construct university library "four elements" service system,including: in the construction of organization structure,using the matrix system model is set up,with the method of objective management talent management;On information resource construction,divided into the foundation,characteristic collection resources,data resources,interlibrary union resources construction;In data processing,focus on building data analysis platform,design of cloud service platform,and improve data to predict the service;In creating think-tank products,from decision-making consultation service and public opinion guide to express.On the other hand is to construct university library think-tank "four object of service system",from the management of colleges and universities,government,enterprises and social users the four aspects has carried on the think-tank under the open innovation environment of university library service mode are discussed in this paper.Finally,according to the building of "double four" service system,puts forward five think-tank in university library service development strategy,to promote our country's university library,a think-tank,the rapid development of the service system construction.
