Research On The Construction Of Think Tanks Service In University Libraries

At present,the construction of characteristic new-type think tank system has become a national strategy,which is undoubtedly an opportunity as well as a challenge to the service innovation and development of university library.There are few researches on the service of think tanks of university libraries abroad,and there are few relevant literatures.The study of foreign university library think tank service mainly focuses on the application of think tank concept and the optimization of service,and the practical achievements are rich.At home,The related research of university libraries take think tank service as the research object,or think tanks take university libraries as the development platform is very extensive.it has become a hot topic in academic.Think tank service is the innovation service of university library,and it is also the important content of university library's function reform and service transformation.But in academic research field in recent years,Researches on think-tank service of university library,stay in the theoretical level,Scholars have little research on the problems and countermeasures of the think tank service construction in university libraries,and there is not much empirical research on it,so there is still space for further expansion of research.Therefore,in order to promote the service innovation and deep integration of university libraries in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area and effectively improve the service ability of university libraries in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area in the new era,in order to play its due role in serving the construction of the characteristic new think tank,and promote the transformation and development of university libraries,and improve their overall social service level,taking seven university libraries in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as examples,this paper carries out research and analysis on the construction of think tank services through literature research,semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.The following problems exist in think tank services of university library the service content of think tank is single,the structure of information resources is unreasonable,the service personnel of think tank is short,and the service technology of think tank is insufficient.After the further analysis of the causes,in order to provide reference for the service construction of think tank of university libraries in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,this paper puts forward some construction strategies,such as adjusting the structure of information resources,optimizing the service mode of think tank,improving the personnel training mechanism,enhancing the professional and technical ability of think tank service,strengthening the construction of the service platform of think tank in university libraries,and constructing the performance evaluation system of think tank service.
