Research On Users Satisfaction Of Digital Library-a Case Of Super Star Digital Library In Shanxi University Of Finance&Economics

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology digital information resource in today’s society is becoming more and more important, as a result, traditional library is also on the way toward networking and digitization. At present, hundreds digital libraries are being used in our country. For example, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics has bought more than50database resources, among them, the super star digital library the most widely used digital library.In a competitive environment, how to attract and retain users to make digital library can develop, is a serious issue which the operator should ponder. The critical factor of the success of digital library is user satisfaction, customer satisfaction research mainly depends on the perspective of the users. Therefore, based on the super star digital library user satisfaction, this paper discusses the influence factors of superstar digital library user satisfaction, in order to provide valuable reference to digital library operation and development.This paper started from the actual use of superstar digital library, mainly used the literature analysis, questionnaire and statistical analysis. According to the relevant literature review, this paper proposed five factors which influence Superstar Digital Library user satisfaction, including user expectations, digital information quality, web interface design, web technology quality, service quality, etc, then build the model of Superstar Digital Library user satisfaction. The research conclusion:according to the descending order, the factors which influence the super star digital library user satisfaction are digital information quality, web technology quality, web interface design, service quality, user expectations. The impact in the order is0.336,0.302,0.255,0.197,0.125.The specific contents of this paper as follows:The first part, narrative the research background and research meaning, put forward the research methods, research procedures and research innovation; The second part are the related literature reviews, give the concept and meaning of Digital Library, Superstar Digital Library, the quality of service, customer satisfaction, analysis the factors which influence user satisfaction of the super star digital library; The third part, according to the related satisfaction evaluation model, build a research model of this article and put forward the hypothesis; The fourth part, empirical research, analysis the data which obtained from the questionnaire survey; The fifth part, based on the data analysis, the author explore the methods which can enhance super star digital library user satisfaction, then put forward some constructive suggestions in order to promote the further development of superstar digital library; The sixth part, analysis the shortcomings of this paper, then put forward the direction of further research.
