As microelectronic technology, navigation technology,control theory,making the small size, low cost, low power, multi-function, high-precision, high-reliability of the integrated navigation system has become a new trend, and it is widely used in military, aviation,aerospace, marine, transportation and other fields. The main task of integrated navigation system provide accurate and reliable position, velocity, attitude and other information for vehicle. with the increasingly high degree of automation, the more complex structure of the system, relationship between the system equipment is more and more close, its performance is directly related to the safety of personnel and aircraft carrier. Therefore, through the performance evaluation system, and lay the foundation for the optimization design of integrated navigation system, and to ensure the system plays an important role in efficient and reliable work.Firstly, based on integrated navigation system as an example, on the basis of reading a lot of literature, introduced the background and significance of the research topic,summarized the present development of integrated navigation system and its evaluation theory, described the system evaluation process issues that need attention and several commonly used system evaluation methods, discussed the working principle of the integrated navigation system, analysis of the system performance index, established the index system of the performance evaluation of integrated navigation system, gave the index method of determining the weights, determined the index weight by using AHP method .Secondly, according to the analytic hierarchy process method get the weight of index which there are objectivity poor, the problem of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method determine the evaluation of the class which its separability is not strong, make used of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy, established the system performance evaluation model, the method use entropy method which it revised the index weight, the weighted average operator for fuzzy operation, according to the index weight, each index are reflected for the comprehensive performance of the system , the interval quantization method enhanced distinction at the same assessment rating system, the simulation results proved that the method is accurate, objective evaluation the performance of the system, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are compared and analyzed.Then, according to the problem of the performance evaluation of integrated navigation system is nonlinear and complexity, BP neural network has a strong adaptable ability in the nonlinear system, make use of the comprehensive evaluation method based on BP neural network, established the model of system performance evaluation, determined the structure of network model for integrated navigation system, processed the sample data by dimensionless method, the simulation experiments show that the method is simple,easy operation, overcame the ambiguity and uncertainty which there are come in assessment process, and the results were compared with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy, proved that the model is reasonable and credible.Finally, according to the assessment methods of the BP neural network need large sample, make use of a comprehensive evaluation method based on Grey theory, the evaluation method of gray correlation, gray and fuzzy mathematics, gray clustering models are established, simulation results show that the three kinds of the proposed methods are correct and reasonable, they can accurately judge the merits of the integrated navigation system, the comprehensive assessment of gray clustering method solved the questions which gray correlation comprehensive evaluation method could not determine the level of system evaluation, make up the shortcomings of Gray right and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which it is poor objectivity and determined the evaluation grade of separability witch it was not strong,improved the objectivity and effectiveness of the integrated navigation system performance evaluation.
