Research On Establishment Of Tea Enterprise Informatization Evaluation Index System

Anxi County of Fujian Province is one of the representative tea-producing counties in China.It ranks first in the key tea-producing counties in China for 10 consecutive years.In recent years,Anxi County has vigorously promoted the construction of information industry and promoted the quality and safety traceability system in the agricultural field.To build and improve,integrate the three-level logistics system of counties,towns and villages,and promote the scale development of e-commerce.With the advancement and deepening of the local tea industry informationization work,the tea enterprise information evaluation index system and the analysis of tea enterprises in Anxi County are analyzed.The weak link in the development of information technology has become an urgent need to promote the development of informatization of tea enterprises.Based on the research of China's thirteenth five-year informationization development,this paper constructs a tea enterprise information level evaluation system,and selects three representative tea enterprises in Anxi region,using AHP group decision method,entropy weight method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method.The comprehensive evaluation model evaluates its informatization level and provides a reference for scientific evaluation of the informationization level of tea enterprises in Anxi County.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research combs the research results of domestic and foreign enterprise informationization,summarizes the connotation of informationization and enterprise informationization,the research results of enterprise informationization evaluation index system construction and research methods,and the role and content of tea enterprise informationization.To provide a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.(2)In order to make a scientific and effective evaluation of the information level of tea enterprises in Anxi County,and to draw on the main indicators of the 13 th Five-Year Informatization Development and the research results of the predecessors,the tea enterprise informationization index system was constructed,combined with the expert consultation and research opinions.The index system was optimized and perfected,and finally the tea enterprise information evaluation index system including 22 indicators was constructed.The meaning and calculation method of each evaluation index were elaborated,and an effective index was established for the scientific evaluation of tea enterprise information construction.system.(3)Put forward the model of comprehensive evaluation of tea enterprises,and apply the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper to eight teas of Baoma Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.,Anxi Taoyuan Organic Tea Co.,Ltd.and Anxi Ruyuan Tea Professional Cooperative.The enterprise,through the calculation of the informatization level of the three cases,obtained the comprehensive evaluation results of the three enterprises.According to the model evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation value of Baoma Tea Co.,Ltd.is the highest,ZC=3.30421,which is analyzed according to the principle of maximum membership degree of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation grade is excellent;the comprehensive evaluation of Anxi Taoyuan Organic Tea Farm Co.,Ltd.The value is second,ZB=2.46623,the evaluation grade is good;again for Anxi Liyuan Tea Professional Cooperative,ZA=2.08104,the evaluation grade is good.Through the calculation of the information level of the three representative tea enterprises,the results show that the evaluation index system and the measurement method reflect the informatization level of tea enterprises,which is basically consistent with the actual situation,and can carry out the level of informationization construction of tea enterprises in Anxi County.The effective evaluation shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of tea enterprise information level established in this study is effective and practical,and also provides scientific basis for the evaluation of tea enterprise information level in other regions and the development strategy of tea enterprise information construction.
