Research On The Satisfaction Of Archives Users'needs Based On The Theory Of Anomalous State Of Knowledge

The theory of anomalous state of knowledge is the view of information demand put forward by Belkin(1997),it is the basic theory of information demand under the cognitive paradigm.Archives demand is a kind of information demand.The research on archives users,especially on the needs of archives users,is an important content of archives research.It is difficult for archives users to meet the needs between expression and actual needs,that is to say,it is difficult for archives users to have the same understanding demand,expression demand and actual demand.Understanding the current situation of the gap between the expression needs and the actual needs of archives users,explore the reasons why the actual needs of archives users are not satisfied,it is helpful for the archives department to accurately recognize the actual needs of archives users and improve the efficiency of obtaining information for archives users.To some extent,it can provide reference for improving the information service ability of archives department and the quality of service provided by archives.Based on this,the knowledge abnormal state theory,one of the basic theories of information demand,is introduced as a new perspective of the research of archives user demand,Select "The research on the satisfaction of users' needs of archives based on the theory of anomalous state of knowledge " as the theme.According to the survey,it is found that there is inconsistency between the expression needs and the actual needs of the users of the archives,that is,the actual needs of archives users are difficult to meet,analyzes the reasons for the knowledge abnormal state faced by the Archives Users' demand satisfaction,that is,the satisfaction of the Archives Users' demand is limited by the information utilizationenvironment,and the archives users lack perfect knowledge structure,three measures are put forward to improve the knowledge abnormal state that the archives users need to meet,that is,to improve the insufficiency of the service provided by the archives,to correct the knowledge state of the archives users and the archivists,and to promote the effective communication of the demand information between the archives and the Archives Users.
