In 2018,the number of users of 4G mobile network in China had exceeded 1billion.The mobile Internet products based on 4G have been integrated into the life and work of the masses.The design of products represented by smart phones and mobile applications has also developed and applied rapidly.The theories of "people-oriented" and "user centered design" reveal that the essence of interactive design is to make the products' function form conform to human behavior and cognition,to make the human-machine relationship change from human-operated machine to human-machine interaction and achieves human-machine harmony.In the era of mobile Internet,mobile applications are not only functional,but also emotional,and product has gradually become an important emotional dependence object.Interaction is the continuous circulation of people's actions and feedback,and good products must have good feedback.In the current interactive design theory,feedback is regarded as the design of some special situations,but not as the core element of the interaction behavior.This paper starts from the feedback form and content of mobile Internet products,integrates the feedback design into the process of interaction design,makes the feedback design systematic,theoretical,and has strong operability.Firstly,through the analysis of the form of mobile applications,the analysis of its feedback mechanism,and the summary of the feedback design in the existing interaction design,the feedback forms are divided into: operation feedback,task flow feedback,result feedback,waiting feedback,error feedback,status feedback,and prompt feedback.These seven forms can summarize all the feedback in the interactive behavior of mobile Internet products.Then,by summarizing the characteristics of each form of feedback,combined with behavioral psychology,cognitive psychology,and the behavior and cognitive characteristics of people's feedback information,summarize the design principles of each feedback form.Through the analysis of the feedback form at three levels of emotional design,the feedback design is pushed from functional to emotional design level.Finally,the application of the design principle is integrated into the goaloriented design process in the form of methodology.Through this combination,the feedback design is no longer a special design link in the design,but is a design object which requires designers to consider globally in the whole interactive design process.Through the above three steps,the theoretical parts of the study are completed.In the last chapter of the paper,the feasibility of the methodology of this study is practiced through project.The feedback design of this study proved not only makes the feedback in the interaction more complete and more humanized,but also can guide the innovative design,which makes products stand out in the increasingly homogenous mobile Internet products.
