| Auto industry is experiencing more intense competition.For the profit of maximum,they researched their supply chain to reduce cost.In auto industry,supply chain is the source enterprise and is the key factor to affect the competition.It is a research hotspot,and studied by more and more scholars.Enterprise wants to become bigger and stronger also need to correct choice the supplier,establish long-term strategic partnership based on supply chain,increase the competitiveness of the products,so that both the common development.This thesis on the basis of studying both at home and abroad,the supplier option and evaluation system was analyzed deeply and constructed based on the principle of supplier option and evaluation,including 5 first class indicators and 17 second class indicators.It was evaluated comprehensively by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to compare with the existing supplier evaluation methods.Based on the above methods,the evaluation indicators and the candidate supplier rating information were manipulated in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005,and the data processing results would be analyzed in the whole evaluation system,which should be suited for enterprise development needs.It can help enterprise make a good choice to use scientific and reasonable evaluation method through the application of the above system at any time.The above system can help X auto company choose the right supplier to establish a long-term cooperative partnership,which can reduce cost and improve the comprehensive competition in the auto industry. |
