A Study On Project Management Of The Development Of Individual Command And Communication System

Nowadays,with the rapid development of computer software,it has been widely used in all kinds of Weapon Combat equipment systems.The traditional weapon battlefield has gradually developed from mechanization to informationization.In order to continuously innovate and pursue more advanced weapon and combat equipment system,the software development part of the system is very important.At the same time,the management of software project is increasingly prominent,especially the two major problems of project schedule management and risk management,which have attracted more attention.In addition,due to some characteristics of software project,the schedule management and risk management of software project are relatively different General projects are difficult to solve in technology and other aspects,so project managers must attach great importance to the progress and risk management of software projects.This article takes the individual command and communication system developed by the company as an example,combined with the analysis of the problems and causes of the individual command and communication system development project,applying modern project management theory to manage the progress and risk of individual command and communication system development.The management of the project schedule is to use the work breakdown structure WBS,Gantt chart,plan review technology and key path method to formulate the schedule plan,and track,control the progress of the project.Project risk management is to use Boehm model,brainstorming method,Delphi method,AHP and fuzzy evaluation to analyze and study from three aspects: project risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control.Finally,the development cycle and risk control of the individual command and communication system are ensured to ensure the successful completion of R & D and delivery of the project.The research in this paper has a certain reference for the progress and risk management of the research and development of weapon combat equipment system software.
