Zhi Gu Zhong Chuang is a key support business incubator by Xi Zhou municipal government.The object of this thesis is an operation management system of Zhi Gu Zhong Chuang.The system is carried out to help it deploy software and hardware,finance,management,marketing,innovation and other service resources accurately and optimally,improving the capacity level of operation management.Through literature and actual visits,four operation subsystems focusing on data monitoring and evaluation including an data acquisition system,an economic and industry distribution monitoring system,a credit supervision system,and a dynamic product quality supervision system have been designed,providing functional components with application software for hatching enterprises and forming a data-driven real-time “monitoringevaluation-feedback-promotion” closed-loop management system.Through data mining,desensitizing,analyzing and applicating over the other market participants such as government and enterprises other than Zhi Gu Zhong Chuang,the related clues of Zhi Gu Zhong Chuang`s hatching enterprise can be found and an data-driven operation management system with offline analysis,credit model,data mining,and visualization can be built,better monitoring,evaluating and assisting the incubator overall operation management.The thesis shows that the operation management method driven by big data is reasonable and effective in improving the effectiveness of the operating services of incubators,and it can construct evaluation portraits combine with the big data online and offline,reducing the wastes and mismatches of service resources due to asymmetric and opaque information.We can provide incubator operators and hatching enterprise with multidimensional full-process incubator services?This thesis is a supplement to the theoretical research on the impact and promotion of big data on the operation management of technology business incubators.Running of this system enables the incubator to position operation direction more accurately,reduce the risk of hatching enterprise settlement and investment,provide the hatching enterprises management suggestions about the real-time data sharing,macro policy control,risk assessment,technological product quality monitoring,and explore the maximum value of the enterprises,improving the profitability of incubator.
