Research On Optimization Of Purchase Management Of Company YTE

Semiconductor industry belongs to the basic supporting industry of national economy.No matter from the perspective of science and technology or economy,the importance of semiconductor is very huge and hard to replace.YTE company,founded in 1968,has experienced many years of continuous high-speed development.As the world's largest chip manufacturer,YTE company is now in the leading position in computer,network and communication products.This paper studies and analyzes the purchasing management of YTE Dalian Branch.Firstly,It mainly introduces the current practice of enterprise procurement management,including the actual situation of procurement management,the division of labor in procurement management and procurement management process.Through the investigation of the current situation of enterprises,several problems are found,which are also the main reasons for the low efficiency of enterprise procurement management.After that,this paper combines the analysis methods learned in graduate school,such as supplier development principle "Q.C.D.S",PDCA cycle method and other theories.Through the collection of relevant documents in the information base and other authoritative websites of China case management center,this paper further studies the research status of procurement management at home and abroad and uses fishbone diagram analysis method to summarize the relevant influencing factors from five aspects of personnel,materials,equipment,methods and environment.The form of questionnaire selects the key influencing factors from many related influencing factors,and analyzes the formation reasons from the key influencing factors.Finally,through the use of the theoretical knowledge of purchasing management,this paper designs the improvement plan,and puts forward the improvement strategies and methods.The internal is to optimize the procurement process,clarify the internal responsibilities.The purpose of this paper is to effectively improve the procurement management efficiency of YTE company Dalian Branch,and further improve the operation and management ability of the company,so as to provide more opportunities for enterprises to create value.
