The competition of enterprises in the 21 century is actually the competition of talents,and talents will become the core competitiveness of enterprises.If an enterprise wants to get long-term development,the grasp and cultivation of its own talents will become the top priority in the enterprise development strategy.Talent training,as an important tool of enterprise human resources development,is an important way and means to excavate and train talents.At present,most enterprises are not only faced with the key stage of internal development and transformation,but also have to deal with the increasingly fierce external market competition.The research on the competency model of software project manager is a relatively new field,which is still in the exploratory stage in practice and belongs to the manpower.The scope of resource management.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of software industry and software project in our country,combined with the kno Wedge system of project management,this paper puts forward that the key to solve the effect of software project implementation is the competent project manager,and then evaluates the performance of the project manager in the software project by analyzing the competency characteristics of the general project manager,so as to provide a reference for the selection and evaluation of the software project manager by the human resources department.In this paper,the case analysis and quantitative analysis are used to analyze the competency characteristics of software project managers in W Company,including the definition of competency characteristics,the definition of competency characteristics of software project managers,the establishment of competency characteristic model of software project managers,and the conclusion from the calculation results that the characteristics of competency model of software project managers are analyzed.Then,through the questionnaire survey to collect the actual data,and analyze the actual data,get the competency of each dimension of the software project manager,and construct the competency model of the software project manager.Finally,the application of software project manager competency model is analyzed.Find out the W project.The competency model of managers is verified,and finally the targeted countermeasures are put forward in the hope of providing guidance for the recruitment and training of project managers in W Company,and at the same time,it can provide reference and reference for the analysis of human resources in other enterprises.Taking W Company as an example,the author uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to compare the scores of competency model of employees of W company with the actual scores,analyzes the requirements of different qualities of each company,compares the gap,and obtains the shortcomings,so as to better occupy the market initiative,improve their own advantages,grasp the direction,promote the development of enterprises and lead enterprises to a qualitative leap in the fierce market competition in the future.It is hoped that through this study,enterprises can pay more attention to the competence of software project managers,so that W can be scientific,lasting and sustainable management and development.I also hope to be able to do it for other enterprises.The project management training work of the industry provides reference and reference.
