The rapid development of mobile internet has facilitated the advance of the internet economy and driven the transformation of manufacturing from traditional to intelligent.In recent years significant shopping went such as Double 11,Double 12,618 and so on have become the popular culture of the new era,people's propensity of consume have been transformed from offline to online.The internet economy is being used by the manufacturing,it uses the new B2C(Business to Consumer)online sales model to sell products,this propensity has led the manufacturing to reform traditional warehousing system,to use intelligent storage systems from manufacturing to sales has become the ultimate goal of manufacturing enterprises.This thesis analyzes the development and application of existing intelligent warehouses,investigates the original needs of intelligent warehouse operator in a manufacturing industry,and according other warehouse system(MES and WCS)operation processes put forward a design of intelligence warehouse mobile management platform which based on C/S.The mobile client mainly cooperates with the WMS system to complete the warehousing business,and realizes the functions of receiving,detecting,putting on shelves,tallying,inventory management,freezing and delivery,and interacting with the data of the WCS system.The server adopts the Spring framework to develop the business logic of mobile functions.The client is developed using the new cross-platform mobile UI framework,which guarantees the scalability of the user's mobile device.The following researches have been carried out in this thesis:1.The development status of intelligent storage system is researched,and the cooperative relationship between intelligent storage systems is explained.2.According to the original requirements of the user warehouse,separate the functions that the client needs to implement,and use the activity diagram,use case diagram,and use case table to explain the system requirements.3.Design and implement the system software architecture and system physical architecture according to the requirements analysis content;design and implement the functions of the intelligent storage mobile terminal,and use sequence diagrams and class diagrams to explain and explain the function implementation;and finally,the system database design and implement,and use database master-slave replication and UPS power to solve the problem of data storage security.4.Deploy the system according to the system implementation plan,and test the functional design test cases of the system to ensure that the system meets the delivery standards.The intelligent warehousing mobile system cooperates with other components successfully after design,development,and testing,it is successfully fulfilling the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the warehousing mobile system.Compared with traditional warehouses,users use the new intelligent storage system,which greatly improves the efficiency of warehousing and storage,and the storage density of warehousing.
