With the rapid development of the market economy,manufacturing companies enlarge the scale of production and sales,and huge production tasks have brought tremendous pressure on enterprise warehouse management.At present,many warehouse systems have insufficient hardware and software configuration,and they still use manual methods to perform distribution tasks in the actual operation process,which results in low warehousing operation efficiency and high labor cost and greatly limits the production capacity of enterprises.How to improve storage performance,reduce labor costs,and improve production efficiency has become a hot topic in current research.In view of the above problems.This thesis first introduces background and status of the research at home and abroad,and then briefly describes the related technologies involved in the development of intelligent warehouse management system.In the stage of analysis,the business needs of the intelligent warehouse management are summarized by understanding the current status of the warehousing industry and business processes.By analyzing the business logic of the intelligent warehouse management,the demand modeling of the intelligent warehouse management is realized by use case diagram.In the design phase of the software system,the internal LAN is adopted to ensure the security of data information.After that,the software architecture design and database design of the system are completed.In terms of software architecture design,the system is based on the Spring MVC framework.This three-layer system is realized by intergarated with Socket and using SSM framework to achieve low coupling,stability and good serviceability.Next,combined with demand analysis,the system will be divided into six functional modules: system management,warehouse management,raw material management,receiving and storage,production line operations and AGV distribution.In the database design process,the entities are identified by analyzing the functions of each function of the system,and the relationship between the entities is displayed in the form of an entity relationship diagram.In the stage of the system implementation,this thesis is to analyze the business process of each functional module,refine the function of each module,describe the specific business logic of each module in the form of class diagram and sequence diagram according to the system function decomposition diagram,and provide conflict prevention strategy in the AGV distribution module.Finally,in the testing phase,the system performs functional testing and nonfunctional testing respectively.The functional testing performs fine-grained business function testing on each sub-module in the system to ensure that the system can correctly handle the warehousing business;The non-functional testing is to ensure the stable of system by testing the system response time and security in detail.In summary,this thesis has completed the development of an intelligent warehouse management system for the actual business needs of warehouse management,and realized the efficient and orderly processing of warehousing business.In the warehousing operation,the AGV is used to replace the manual execution of the delivery task,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the delivery task execution.The multi-AGV conflict prevention strategy ensures the orderly execution of the delivery tasks in the multi-AGV and multi-task modes.Through the intelligent warehouse management system,the informationization,automation and intelligence of warehouse operations are realized,the efficiency of warehouse operation is improved,the management cost of enterprises is reduced,and the production and sales of manufacturing enterprises are effectively guaranteed.
